Total Civil Support’s Director, David Dalle-Nogare is tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours). He has a vast range of experience in Civil Construction and has dedicated his professional working life in the Civil Construction Industry for almost 20 years.
David’s experience stems from tendering, project management including design and construct projects, and systems management including third party audits in the Civil Contractor’s Contractor Management System and the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.
David’s Clients have ranged from Local Government, State Government, Private Developers and Companies, and State Authorities. He has gained the respect of all Clients by his logical and forward thinking style of management both in tendering and construction. His ability to deconstruct a project and think outside the square has enabled Clients to complete their projects on time and within budget.
David is affiliated with the Institute of Public Works Engineers Australia SA division (IPWEA) and holds the following licences and tickets:
- Office of Consumer and Business Affairs Supervisors Registration – Building Work (limited to civil construction, earthworks construction, general concrete construction, stormwater drainage)
- SA Whitecard and QLD Whitecard
- SA Water (Contractor)
- Rail Safety Worker/One Track National Track Safety Awareness/ARTC Track Safety Awareness
- Workzone Traffic Management
